Know Your Rights
The following are your public rights under Title VI of the City of DeKalb VAC:
  1. The City of DeKalb and the VAC operates their programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.
  2. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with the City of DeKalb.

  5. A complainant may file a complaint directly with the Federal Transit Administration by filing a complaint no longer than 180 days after the date of the alleged discrimination with the Federal Transit Administration’s Office of Civil Rights at:
