  1. Parking Restrictions Open House - Wards 1 & 2

    December 5, 2016, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM @ Council Chambers

The City of DeKalb is hosting a Parking Restrictions Open House for Wards 1 and 2 on December 5, 2016 from 5-7 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 200 South Fourth Street in DeKalb. Staff’s recent parking restrictions review, identified several nonfunctional parking restrictions throughout the City. The restrictions are out of date, conflict with each other, or contain an error. The Neighborhood Services Committee which consists of representatives from all City Departments is seeking residential input for the proposed parking restriction changes. A brief presentation will describe the process used to review parking restrictions for Wards 1 and 2. After the presentation, City Staff will provide copies of maps and proposed parking restrictions for review. Comment forms will be available. The City encourages your feedback. Resident participation is critical to the success of the project. We encourage all interested parties to attend this meeting.
