DeKalb seeking input on Strategic Plan

The City of DeKalb is planning a set of 7 "community conversations" to engage residents and gather ideas for the City's Strategic Plan.

A schedule for the community conversations is being finalized and will be made available on the City's website. The Northern Illinois University Center for Governmental Studies is facilitating the strategic planning process and is gathering input from stakeholders to guide the plan.
