persons living or working in the metropolitan Chicago area who
are looking for other persons to share the work trip with.
Available to all persons living or
working in the DeKalb area who commute to/from the 6-County
Chicago Metropolitan area.
If there are sufficient persons
traveling to and from the same areas, Van-pooling can also be
arranged.
Fare: The Rideshare matching service is free.
It is the responsibility of the person using the service to
contact other persons traveling to and from the same locations.
Other Rideshare Options
Many Rideshare websites are
available via the internet. While these programs may
provide viable options for people who wish to use these
services, DSATS does not officially endorse any of these
programs.
Numerous Passenger
Rail Routes stop in Chicago to most major US cities.
The BNSF Rail Line
from Aurora stops at Union Station, if using Greyhound or the
Union Pacific – West from Elburn, transfers to the CTA to Union
Station must be made.
