Do you know an adult who is a beginner in English? This basic language class is offered on Wednesday nights from 7:00 to 8:00. Participants do not need to have any formal knowledge of English prior to joining, and speakers of all languages are welcome. For those who wish to attend weekly and participate fully, there will be a book to purchase (or rent for less money). Details to be provided in class. The City of DeKalb, Illinois, lead agency of the DeKalb-Sycamore Area Transportation Study (DSATS), is accepting proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase of up to six (6) Video Collection Units for traffic counts and associated data analysis services. The Bid Proposals (BID) is issued on February 16, 2018 and all proposals are due at the City of DeKalb DSATS office by 1 p.m. March 19, 2018. The full BID shall be available on the DSATS website (http://www.dsats.org) or by contacting DSATS staff directly (contact information below).
