    This lap-sit program is geared towards infants, ages 0-24 months. Babies will learn music, movements, and stories.   1. DSATS Video Collection Units for Traffic Counts BID Acceptance

    February 16, 2018, 8:00 AM - March 19, 2018, 1:00 PM

    The City of DeKalb, Illinois, lead agency of the DeKalb-Sycamore Area Transportation Study (DSATS), is accepting proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase of up to six (6) Video Collection Units for traffic counts and associated data analysis services. The Bid Proposals (BID) is issued on February 16, 2018 and all proposals are due at the City of DeKalb DSATS office by 1 p.m. March 19, 2018. The full BID shall be available on the DSATS website ( or by contacting DSATS staff directly (contact information below).
