[ARCHIVED] Final Leaf Collection Cycle Completed with Clean-Up to Continue through December 13th.

Leaf Collection

As of Monday, December 9, the Public Works Department had completed the second and final cycle of fall leaf collection for 2019. Crews will continue “clean up” through the end of this week, weather permitting, to collect leaf piles that had previously been blocked by parked cars or could not be collected for other reasons. Public Works reminds residents to avoid parking in front of leaf piles to ensure they are collected this week.

Leaves that were not raked to the curb by 7 a.m. on December 9 are not likely to be collected at this point. Any leaves left at the curb after this week should be moved onto the parkway to avoid flooding roadways.

If you have any questions regarding leaf collection services, please contact the Public Works Department at 815-748-2040.
