HannahCt

On November 25, 2019, the City Council approved a parking ordinance to implement resident permit parking for Hanna Court. Residents of Hanna Court requested participation of their street in the Safe Streets Initiative.

A two-week grace period will run from January 7, 2020 through January 21,2020. During the two-week grace period, notices will be placed on vehicles in violation as a warning. Starting January 22, 2020, parking restrictions will be enforced, and vehicles can be ticketed or towed.

Hanna Court will be included in the Orange Zone. Residents interested in a residential parking permit can obtain one at the DeKalb Police Department, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. At that time, residents can also obtain guest permits. Proof of residence is required for residential parking permits. Preferred documentation includes a valid state issued ID or rental lease agreement. Residential permits are available for free and are valid from August 1 until July 31.

Additional information regarding resident permits can be found on the City website.
