  1. This form may be used to submit public comments to the City Council or Planning & Zoning Commission as an alternative to attending a live meeting. Comments must be submitted by 4 p.m. of the meeting date.

  2. Please provide the agenda item number and title. If you wish to submit comments not related to a specific agenda item, please indicate "general comments."
