  1. Virtual Workshop: Center Yourself with Tai Chi

    Join us on a journey through the Tai Chi Sun 73 forms. Tai Chi is one of the most beneficial exercises to increase immunity, flexibility, strength and reduce stress. This class will include step by step instructions taught by Erica Bough, 4th degree black belt in the Martial Arts and certified Tai Chi instructor. A pre-recorded video session will accompany this Zoom session so you can learn at your own pace. This virtual class is intended for adults. Please register for this event. Once you register you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the Zoom meeting, a phone number to call into the Zoom meeting, and a password to the meeting. Join the Zoom meeting 5 minutes prior to the program, especially if you haven’t used Zoom before.   2. Life Hacks: Crochet/Knitting Basics

    This series of programs is designed to teach various life hacks. Learn the basics of knit or crochet in this life hacks class. Yarn and tools will be provided for the class, although you are welcome to bring your own! Size I or H crochet hook OR size 7 or 8 knitting needles are recommended. This event is for youth, ages 11-17. Please register as space is limited.
