Meeting Information
City Council agendas and minutes for public meetings are available in advance of the meeting date. The City Calendar includes dates of regular City Council meetings.
Note: Meeting dates may be changed and meetings may be canceled subject to the requirements of the Open Meetings Act.

Treasurer's Reports
Pursuant to Illinois State Statute (65 ILCS 5/3.1-35-65 Opens a New Window. ), the City publishes an annual Treasurer's Report in a local newspaper. The Report details the amount paid to all individual vendors whom the City paid more than $2,500 during the year and a listing of employee salaries grouped into categories. These reports are available in the Finance Department section of the City website.
The State of Illinois has enacted "An Act Regulating Wages of Laborers, Mechanics and Other Workers Employed in any Public Works by the State, County, City or any Public Body or any Political Subdivision or by Anyone Under Contract for Public Works", 820 ILCS 130/1 et seq. As such, on June 11, 2018, the City of DeKalb City Council passed Resolution 2018-069. The prevailing wage schedule for DeKalb County can be found here.
