DeKalb municipal offices will close at noon on Thursday, Dec. 22 due to the potential for dangerous conditions during the snowstorm.
City offices will be closed Friday, Dec. 23 and Monday, Dec. 26 for the holiday and will reopen at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 27.
