Determining a Property’s Zoning Classification

To find a property’s zoning classification, locate the address on the City’s Zoning Maps. 

• City of DeKalb Official Zoning Map (downloadable PDF): Use the zoom feature to view the address numbers on the map, and refer to the color-coded key at the bottom.

Zoning District Regulations

To learn what types of uses are allowed in each zoning district, as well as applicable zoning regulations, refer to Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Article 5 Zoning District Regulations.
